Who are we?
There is a huge vacuum in the role of young people in serving their communities and social inclusion, instead of young people seeing themselves as a solution to their communities they still feel they do not have that opportunity.
To address this and address this problem Y2C has developed a number of Leadership, design and project management workshops that will address this vacuum which threatens the development and prosperity of our countries.

This program is prepared for ordinary, advanced secondary schools, colleges or university level students. The STS program aim at transforming YOUTH on how become new, energetic and creative focused young men who will practice the knowledge [STS knowledge] in their real life. Click here to read more.

This program is prepared for ordinary, advanced secondary schools, colleges or university level students. The STS program aim at transforming YOUTH on how become new, energetic and creative focused young men who will practice the knowledge [STS knowledge] in their real life.
Although the program is relevant to the above mentioned groups of students [beneficiaries], still it must be merged to all as one package for it is useful for every student or grandaunt of all levels.
The differences in levels have to be deeply considered in order to achieve the effectiveness of the program.
Students in ordinary level are to be separated from advanced and college level in study skills.
The training package for all levels will include social entrepreneurship as a key point to open the thinking and creativity skills to all, while study skills may deal with general and specific skills basing on the level and target of study. Time management will remain to a core point in the whole life program which compulsory to all regardless of the academic level.
THE MAIN OBJECTIVES
The STS program which will deal with youths by empowering through training has the following objectives namely;
Transforming the Muslim society from passive to active community participation, the real sound way of life.
To impact the basic knowledge on creative and thinking skills.
To train on how to discover and utilize one’s potential talent and opportunities available in present area.
To create a potential youth generation responsible and accountable to the ummah and whole nation.
Inculcates the spirit of volunteerism in the youth and engage them in community services and nationalism.
To enable the youth think positively with growth mindset and avoid fixed mind.
To motivate inner self of young people and make them analyze their community and know needs and issues to be tackled
The prepared the productive Youth who will have, effective utilization of their power, time, energy, knowledge and talents for the ummah and nation in general.
To facilitate youth in adapting a mission to create and sustain community and social values
These objectives are set to prepare the youth and be ready for positive changes in the society and have a sense of volunteering.

Brilliant Future Foundation Chief Executive Director. A mentor and coach on community leaders program that was under An-Nahl Trust and Ghadan Consulting Company, which manage to mentor and coach more than 500 youths from different parts of the country.
Expert Trainer on different programs from Project Management to Emotional Intelligence. At the time being he is volunteer as a Hub Manager for PM4NGO’s and director in both the HHRD Africa and EFA Tanzania.
He is also consultants at NICE Tanzania and Certified Practitioner in Project Management

COO/Consultant
A Depute Principal at AL-Makhtoum College of Engineering and Technology and a Chairperson at Brilliant Future Foundation. As a Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator through Program [Youth for Community Change (Y2C)] which was customized for volunteers, He managed to create awareness to almost 500 youths from different regions in the country. Also conducted capacity building training and assessing.
He is a CSO Leaders Program [All about Leadership Competence, Good Governance and Accountability, Internal and External assessing and evaluation [2022] with linkage Asia Coach and Mentor, Community Leadership and Social Entrepreneur since 2015 to date with An-Nahl Trust and NAMA Integrated Centre for Excellence [NICE].

CFO/Consultant
A Director of Finance and Programs, Brilliant Future Foundation and an Executive Director of Huda Foundation, working as Education Consultant, Focusing on Capacity building for teachers and leaders in Learning Institutions. Also deeply, he deals with conducting professional training and workshops for both Secondary learners and University graduates in volunteerism skills.
He is an experienced professional worker for not less than Fourteen [14] years, working as a Facilitator, Consultant and Mentor in humanitarian services for the Community
